Gas burners ZKO TE'S G-1.0, GG-2, etc.
The burner G-1.0K is designed for burning low-pressure natural gas in two drum-type water-tube boilers E-1.0-09G3.
The gas burner G-1.0 manufactured by the plant is designed for burning low-pressure natural gas in vertical water-tube boilers of type E-1.0-0.9GN-2 (MZK-7AG2) as part of the burner unit.
Gas burners GG-1, GG-2, GG-3 are designed for burning low-pressure natural gas in the furnaces of boilers of type E, KV-GM of the corresponding thermal power, equipped with automation and a gas flow regulator with smooth regulation of thermal power. GG burners are manufactured and supplied in two versions:
1. GG burner without automation and additional equipment: GG-1; GG-2; GG-3;
2. Burners GG-m a.p.r. (automatic maintenance of the set temperature conditions): GG-1 a.p.r.; GG-2 a.p.r.; GG-3 a.p.r.
Gas burners GG-4 and GG-7 are intended for burning gaseous fuel in the combustion chambers of hot water and steam boilers of the following types: KV-GM-4,65-150 and KV-GM-7,65-150.
Injection gas burners of medium pressure design of Kazantsev type IGK 1-15 ... 1-300 are designed for combustion in boiler furnaces and other heating units of natural and mixed gas with a calorific value of 5000-8500 kcal/m3.
Block gas burners of GBG-2,5, GBG-2,5K, GBG-2,5W models are used to burn natural gas mixed with air according to GOST 5542-87.
